We're a strategic and creative consultancy, built off a global community of people we humbly call the world's best thinkers.
Clients typically value us on three dimensions:
1. Depth of expertise - everyone in the community has a minimum of 15 years of experience, and is cast specifically for each brief
2. Breadth of response - they get a range of responses to each brief, so the spectrum of options is clear
3. Acceleration - all delivered in 1 week
We work across brand-building and increasingly people are using us for innovation too. We bring thinking decoupled from execution.
A few things you should know upfront about being in the Community:
• Everybody works anonymously
• The deliverable for our core brand building and innovation sprints is 2-3 ideas, over 2 days of your time
• We aim to offer you a minimum of 2 projects a year
• We are looking for reductive thinkers who enjoy working at pace and delivering succinct and intuitive responses to briefs
